these are my official tos, please read through these if you are considering ordering a commission, own a design of mine, or interact with myself and my art. please also respect my boundaries when interacting with me, as i get uncomfortable really easy (most likely not your fault) !! :)✦•······················•✦•······················•✦

🩵MAIN TOS:🩵☆ please do not steal or repost my art anywhere without direct permission - especially unwatermarked artworks of mine, it makes me highly uncomfortable. (reposting commissioned art on toyhouse with credits is fine)
☆ seconding this: do not repost my art offsite, meaning sites i dont use (sites that i use are listed accordingly)
☆ My art and characters are not f2u meaning do not use them for an unintended use, such as tracing, referencing, stealing, color-picking or using for a.i. training
☆ inspiration on my designs is ok as long as the design isn't referenced, color-picked and not a truesona or representative character of mine.
☆ Do NOT reference/kin any of my characters (Especially my truesonas) I find this highly uncomfortable as I personally find it really hard to find a character to represent me - so kinning, role playing, referencing, taking inspiration and f2uing them is NOT allowed
☆ Please do not edit or change my art in any way!! (This goes for commissioned refs, don't edit them, especially dont with a.i. ask me to add something on them, most likely i’ll do it free of charge)
☆ Do not give any blacklisted users any designs I may make - self-explanatory, i want to keep people such as them seperate from myself.
☆ Do not ship or breed any of my characters with yours UNLESS SPECIFIED (drawing them interacting platonically is ok) - I have some characters with partners and it is OK to draw them together (NO NSFW), other than that, do not draw any of my characters interacting with yours or mine romantically unless specified.BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BLACKLIST✦•······················•✦•······················•✦🩵COMM TOS:🩵
Read these if you're ordering a comm or considering ordering a comm.☆ Be patient !! I may be in a rough spot or life may get in the way, hence why I don’t finish your comm as quickly as I could, but I haven’t forgotten
☆ adding on above: I don’t forget things easily !! My memory’s quite good, so please don’t accuse me of forgetting, I most likely haven’t
☆ By ordering a comm, you grant me the permission to use the commission as an art example for comms (feel free to ask for character design credit i dont mind)
☆ My average turnaround time is 1 week to a month give or take a week or so
☆ backing on that, I prioritize my schoolwork above all. meaning if I had the option to draw, play games, or do schoolwork that's due, I’d do the schoolwork first as it is something i deeply care about
☆ i will not accept a commission order of a character from a fandom (unless given special circumstances) due to my own reasons
☆ I have the right to decline an order if I feel uncomfortable.

Read these if you're considering ordering a custom or buying an adopt from me.
☆ Do not draw nsfw with my designs!! - I’m very lenient with what is used with my designs, a decent amount of gore is fine, NOT MAJOR GORE OR NSFW. Doing this will result in a blacklist.
☆ When buying my adopts or designs, you agree I can use the designs as examples for customs and other things of the sort.
☆ Minor edits on the design is ok, don’t make the design unrecognizable, it makes me feel as if my efforts were wasted.
☆ When claiming a design or ordering one, please have some ideas on what you're actually going to do with the design. I’d hate to see my designs wasted or unused.
☆ If you have a design of mine, please credit my Toyhou.se (@viridarie), not anything else - this is just so I can keep track of all my designs I’ve made keeping everything organized. seconding this; do not move my designs offsite without my knowledge or permission (such as unvale or character hub)
☆ when reselling my designs, you may not sell it for more than the original price you bought it at. trading and giving the design away voids the worth of the design
☆ I have the right to decline an order if I feel uncomfortable.
☆ Pinging me when you draw them is ok but not required. (I’d love to see my designs used but pinging me is not necessary. If you want to go ahead, I don't mind!)

- Minor gore (blood, scars, bruising, anything minor.)

- Anthro dragons (look I've tried and i swear im not sure if it looks all that good 😭)
